A heat-treated S2 steel remover for the matching four-notch freewheel interface, with a 24mm external drive for a wrench, socket handle or vice.

The published application is four-notch freewheels on 1.37 x 24 TPI hub threads. The tool's stated notch diameters are 41mm outside and 31.3mm inside; the interface must match before force is applied.
