Ice Wax 2.0 is a wax-based option for chain maintenance in predominantly dry conditions. Its detergent carrier distributes the wax during application and evaporates as the coating dries.
Remove traditional lubricant before the first application. The chain must dry fully before riding, which can take up to four hours depending on conditions. Applying after a ride gives the coating time to dry; early repeat applications build the initial wax layer.
