The Pedro's Pro BB Socket Holder helps retain compatible sockets and wrenches during bottom-bracket removal and installation. Adjustable spring preload supports tool engagement on shallow fittings, where there is little contact depth to work with.
With the Pro BB Socket Cup, the direct threaded connection and correctly arranged plates and washers can also limit excessive inward movement. The manual covers the required setup and spacers, including release of the preload after no more than three removal turns. This article supplies the holder; sockets, inserts and drive tools are separate.
