The Trickstuff Direttissima is a four-piston disc brake for riders who want to place braking force precisely on steep, technical terrain. Its progressive lever geometry gives a controlled start to the stroke, then increases mechanical leverage as the lever moves further.
That response depends on more than outright power. A ball-bearing lever mechanism and low-friction POM pump piston keep movement smooth, while the stiff aluminium caliper and Kevlar hose give a clear sense of when the pads meet the rotor. Controlled piston return helps preserve that familiar bite point through repeated braking inputs.
Set up for the rider
Tool-free reach adjustment brings the lever closer to or further from the handlebar. Choose the listed body/cap colour and the front-brake lever arrangement required for the bike. Front left / rear right and front right / rear left describe which hand operates each brake.
