The Trickstuff Piccola HD Titanium pairs the compact Piccola pump with the four-piston C42 caliper for technical trail riding. It combines a compact control unit with four-piston braking, while its linear lever response gives a predictable build in braking force as finger pressure increases.
A lever shaped by its construction
3D printing allows the titanium lever to use internal spaces and complex shapes that would be difficult to machine conventionally. Its partially hollow structure reduces unnecessary material, while the textured finger contact area gives the rider a secure surface. The left and right lever blades are individually shaped for their respective pumps.
Inside the brake, low-friction pump movement supports fine control. Four hollow stainless steel caliper pistons and Bionol fluid contribute to heat management, while steel yoke bolts stiffen the caliper under pressure.
The Kevlar hose connects through a reusable angled fitting at the pump. This keeps the cockpit route compact and supports installation or later hose-routing work.
